Colt Delta Elete

Ran into this gun today and I am thinking about getting it for my birthday. After all no one deserves it more than me right? Does anyone know if there are different models of this for 10mm? By that I mean different metals and finishes. Just wondering as the price was reasonable I thought at 1150.00 or so. I have never liked the feel of this gun in my hand but didn't pick this up to check the feel yet.  Craig

The Colt Delta is a non ramped barrels and they do lack some case support so the higher impulse 10mm stuff can swell the brass out if pushed too much.  Other  than that the guns are nice.

Hey Shadow thanks. I am on the fence on this one. I have tried other ones and they felt wrong in my hand but this one has a different finish to it like more aluminum or whatever. I will look some more at it and a lease pick it up. Ha Ha.  Craig

Ck just got back from the local gun shop and passed on the Colt. It felt worse in my hand than I even remember from the others I had looked at.It has a strange bulge in front of the grip that runs the length of the mag well. Just strange for me is all so I passed. Craig
