G20 Recoil spring

So, im looking to beef up my G20 so to speak.

I live in Alaska and my main sidearm for the forest is a Ruger 454 Casull with some 360grain Hardcasts. Definitely something i feel safe with.

My wife on the other hand has a Glock 20. Im looking to get some nice hardcast rounds for The Glock after i get a different barrel that would shoot hardcast correctly. What # recoil spring should i switch the OEM one with? Standard weight? or heavier to reduce the frame from being battered?

I have the 3rd gen G-20SF and I have it setup using the Wolff non captive rod and 22 lbs spring, it has served me well even using the 9x25Dillon conversion.  Testing shows it requires more energy to move the slide from lockup and the spring meets its required rating right at the point of slide lock back.

I am running a 22 pound RSA from Glockstore in my Gen 3.

When shooting Underwood, I run a 24 pound spring from Glockmeister in my Gen 4. Their Gen 4 spring already comes with the adapter built in.

I run a 22 pound in my G20 when shooting anything hot.  20 pound for medium warm.

G4 G20 here with the OEM springs.

Have shot 155gr to 200gr cast from many of the manufactures, including Underwood and Buffalo Bore. The caveat is I have mainly been using the KKM 6" barrel. I had some feeding issues with some of my target loads recently, but have narrowed it down to a used mag I purchased.

Using the OEM spring for the normal stuff on my G4 G20.
And a Glockmeister Stainless Recoil  15 LBS  Assembly if shutting light stuff.

In addition to the stated recoil springs you are using for warm or hotter loads, I'm curious if you guys run your G20s with the factory barrels, or with aftermarket barrels.

I run the stock barrel for 10mm.

I'm using the Factory 10mm barrel for the G-20 but heavier Wolff nn captive recoil spring as mentioned above.
