Made a few orders last night for the USP.
Will be doing the LEM/Match hybrid trigger. Ordered a jet funnel kit,  LEM kit, match TRB spring, match sear, HK45c mag catch, a few different p16 mags, and a dawson mag extension. While the  HK45  mag works(but is tight) the p16 mags  seem to work nice other than the fact  they stick out and look odd. So i figured id try an extension with the jet funnel kit .

Have the LEM kit, match parts, jetfunnel and some mags coming today. Got to go to work  but figured I'd strip the USP  now  and clean it and the parts up to save some time later. Pretty excited.

Update. Place i ordered the new style hammer strut from sent wrong months  ago. Finally got a new one and got around to installing it last  night.  Will have to take to range to fully test it. So I am midstream on my conversion (I posted under gunsmithing)

I bought a .40 EFK threaded barrel, bought a Manson reamer, and no-go gauge.
18# spring, jet funnel kit, and 2 STI mags...
I can't stand the thought of not having slide stay open after the last round....

So, I put the the .40 slide on my .45 frame; fits nicely except frame is 3 mm longer on the muzzle end...fired fine,except some rounds went over the chamber and locked the slide...
Now I just need to ream the barrel tonight or tomorrow

Then bend the .45 feed lips to fit 10mm;

Yes, any more updates? H&K is one of my favorites and your "adventure" into making a 10mm has been very interesting. Keep up the great work.
