Too tired for pics tonight.  It installed according to directions and held 33 rounds.  However, the spring is too wide for the 10mm mag body.  It rubs enough that I don't think it will feed well.  Gotta figure out how to squeeze the spring down some of make our buy a new one.

Sorry, this update isn't the pics either.  Family is waiting for me, so this is quick

Spent about an hour total this morning including testing.  Started by flattening each end with water-pump slip jaw pliers.  This introduced a spiral into the spring, which I had to un-kink back out.  When I was done, the spring would pass easily through the G20/15 round mag.  I also spend some time with a file on the bottom opening of the mag.  Factory is .800", which the G21 mag is .900  at that point, and the Kriss extension body is also .900.  I opened mine up and round the edges.

Feeding from the mag with my thumb, there is still a slight hiccup as the follower transitions from the extension body to the Glock.  I will work on it some more with files, then sand it up smooth.

All said, I think this is a workable solution for a 32-33 round magazine.

That video details in a very verbose fashion exactly what I learned over the last 18 hours.  I went a different route on fitting the spring to the follower.  I re-wound the top of the spring to match my G20 mag spring.  And my vice would not mash the spring quite as easily, so I had to manually adjust the first 10 coils or so.

But, after buffing out with some 120 grit sand paper to get rid of file marks and smooth the transition from the KRISS to the G20 mag, it had-feeds just fine.  I will make every effort to get a range test in in the next week or so.

The promised pics.

The first pics shows in the bottom two rows of parts, the KRISS body, liner and spring which come in the kit.  The third row shows the follower, mag body and floor plate from a factory Glock 20 15 round mag.  These three parts will be re-used in the KRISS system.

The top row shows the factory G20 15 round mag spring and insert, which are not used.

Here is the assembled product.

And finally a pic with the G20 Gen 3 SF

Clearly not a concealed carry option.  But, great for my carry bag.  I am gonna order up a couple more after I validate they run good.  They will replace the three 15-round mags I currently carry in my computer bag.

Very nice let us know how they function, will be interesting.  You had better work out a little build up some arm strength...step up to the press you gonna need more ammo!   ;D

This is a no-go for a G29 10-round magazine.  The angle of the base plate to the rest of hte magazine is different than a 15-rd.  Not much, just a few degrees, but enough that they 10 round body doesn't seat properly in the sleeve.

In other news, if the magazine spring from the KRISS magazine gets away from you during disassembly and propels the base plate into your monitor, you will need a new monitor.  Don't ask me how I know.  it is too soon. :-\

Someday I will laugh.  Not today.
