I'm with cwlongshot....

Runs like a dream, very mild recoil (even with full power 10s), lots and lots and lots of fun.

Whatever you end up with, make it a 10, and make it yours.
"The meek shall inherit the Earth" is a mistranslation. Properly translated it would say: "Those who have swords and know how to use them, but keep them sheathed, shall inherit the Earth". Carry every day.

RMW....I just contacted him; seems like the way to go

You mean like this?

QC10 lower, RMW Extreme upper. I had to play with different buffers since I run it suppressed but ended up with a standard carbine buffer with one weight removed.

Trying to convert mags to high cap has been the biggest challenge. Followers like to hang up from time to time.

Huge read here with many good tips: http://10mm-firearms.com/10mm-rifles/rmw-extreme-build-it-has-begun/

Feed issues is a bit vague. How is the round hanging up. Details and pictures, and I can help. Largest issue before we get to mag => chamber issues: Your ammo will need some type taper at the brass mouth. If left even slightly belled, it will hang feeding in an AR.

KCI .45 mags with lips pinched work better than Glock 20 mags on mine (RMW). I dremeled the Glock mag on the back plate and it helped a little.

Typical. You must shoot very hot ammo. Low pressure .40SW type ammo not going to be gassed enough. Really these are best run on home loads, loaded very hot.

Basically start reading on page 5 of the link I provided.

First thing you need to do is make your bolt super free moving. This has to be or you will have no chance. I'm not talking about worn out loose but extremely free moving like most every AR-15 isn't (just over gassed, so they work fine) . You know it's free moving when it feels like a precision machine when you hand cycle it. All the contact surfaces in the bolt and bolt carrier needed to be polished.

Then get  this spring: http://www.davidtubb.com/ar15-tubb-parts/ar15-buffer-spring-stainless

I have to run out now.

From this link, read starting at page 8. I forgot to mention the bolt lugs. Get the two that slide to a mirror surface. Really study what they do. Also, the bolt cam pin and groove in the carrier must be super polished. No burrs, that groove is nasty is some bolt carriers.
