This shooters mother, like Newtown,knew her son had issues. They lived in a one bedroom apt together. Unless she truly didn't know about his firearms, she's just as culpable to incident. She pettisioned residents of complex to have it exterminated because her son gets bothered by roaches and has some mental issues. I'm sure there were other indicators.
