Not bad for a practice load. With all the iterations of 10mm coming out now, I wish the price would start coming down.

Just buy from producers with the lowest prices. The 34 dollar Remington club will get the point when no one buys their stuff.

I just hope they don't phase 10mm out completely. I guess we will never have the numbers to get them into development.

The Sig 180gn FMJ load was cheaper than that. I think it was $27 per 50-rd box at the regional Cabela's, so a couple of months back I bought 2 boxes just to try out. Avoided the pricier Remmy 180-grainers they had on the shelf.

Plus, the Sig ammo was box-flapped @ 1250fps (vs. 1150fps for the Rem 180s), and out of my G20 it felt significantly hotter as well. Didn't have a chrono, but I've shot enough of the Remmy load in the past to know Sig's 180gn load had it beat.

The 10mm AUTO ...
When you're finally serious about stopping power.

This is good to know thanks.

Excellent. Looking forward to some results!

These didn't hit the mark, but are still pretty okay for practice.

EAA Limited Pro 4.75" 1116, 1122, 1127, 1144, 1132. Average = 1128.2 FPS/ 509 LBS
EAA Super Match 6" 1135, 1177, 1185, 1167, 1161. Average = 1165 FPS/ 543 LBS

Yes nothing special. Will go with the Sig load at a better price.

Wolfie

Sig 10 FMJ is the way to go.

btw: Why are the Remingtons so expensive and desirable? The nickel?

Intercooler

It beats me! They are always overpriced like American Eagle 10mm. When the Remington gets down in the $20-$25 range on sale it's a good buy.
