This brass sucks. I got some from Berry just before Midway got brass in. It was all stained and looked like crap. I sent them a message about it and the never did get back to me. I tumbled it and cleaned it up and loaded it. I shot it yesterday and tumbled and went to de-prime and the brass pushed down and bulge out at base and can't be reloaded.

What dies are you working with?
What was your load and gun that you shot the prograde from?

I have reloaded Prograde in the past with no issues... ::)

Lee dies. I had some that de-primed and some that didn't. I've never had issue with any other brass. Even off name brands that I bought in bulk off of Amazon. I even spray my 10mm with RCBS case slick. What gets me is I sent them a nice message asking them If they had a bad batch go out and even gave them the UPC code and they never even reply say sorry or anything. I let them know how their brass was being shipped out and they didn't care. The loads were nothing hot Accurate #7 10.9 on the new Berry 180 hollow points. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see what the say. I don't even want to shoot the other one's.

That does seem unusual, I wonder did you take any measurements to see what the size of the case was before you started to size them.  Most range 0.4215" - 0.42250" as new.  Brass fired even from Glocks with the warm loads can expand to 0.4340", anything above that may start to show a smile line.

The .41 Action Express had a rebated rim and would be clearly different from 10mm brass...

I use to check them all the time and never had any out of size. These I didn't check. I just figured with a brand name & ammo company I was giving them the benefit of dolt.  It has me scratching my head to and for the way the brass looked when I got it I should have check. I'd been wait for over a year for Berry to release their new bullets & the only reason I got the Prograde brass was to get free shipping. Live & learn I guess.

Maybe a bad batch of brass. I had a similar experience with some "McNett" headstamp DT brass, only worse (KB's!). DT replaced all of it with Starline. Similarly, a light (starting) load, resulting in oversize primer pockets, and a couple that deformed completely.

Also, you shouldn't be using lube on straight-walled cases with carbide dies. Any lube inside the case increases the chance of set-back or pull, either which can increase chamber pressure. I recently retired a .45ACP sizer die with well over 100,000 cycles through it (probably double that, and more), all dry, and thousands of pretty dirty stuff. The die still works, but leaves superficial streaks on the cases.
