A friend of mine sold a brand new Sig Sauer 22LR conversion kit. The buyer said it wasn't as described and returned it. The returned items was all scratched up. He looked at the other guys feedback and noticed that he had won another USED Sig Sauer 22LR kit a week earlier. The kit the buyer returned looked exactly like the used kit he bought. Ebay wouldn't give him his money.

You mean ebay did something right?

Did you at least have to return the bogus kit back to him?
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

No. Ebay screwed my friend. They said that he didn't ship the item the way it was described. He claimed new, the buyer claimed it was used.

I received it back today and tried both memory cards and two sets of batteries. I'm seeing the same thing here, so I can only guess in the process of getting up into BC Canada... crapped out! I issued a full refund and an appology for whatever happened to it before he got it.
They alway say it's how you handle things. I think if he would have contacted me first instead of going right to a SNAD claim, my response would have been better. The other thing he should have done was a photo with good battery power and a memory card inserted properly. Those two things didn't show in my testing here and threw up some red flags on my end given only that one single picture.
Oddly, you can get contact phone numbers and phone someone up... nobody uses the phone anymore either!
