1006 S&W Magazine prices

Checked eBay to see if there were any 1006 mags and the prices are out of sight. $150 to$175. Have they really gone up that much?

Usually better deals on GunBroker, but they are going about 40 to 50 apiece

The last 2 I saw on Gun Broker both sold for about $70.

There are 5-6 on eBay now with multiple bids of over $100 and the highest is $179.50. I think the days of $50 mags for the 1006 series are over.

Amazing. The last one's I bought were from Midway about two years ago. They were $33.99.  Now they are showing as discontinued.  I've got 5 mags plus some spare springs and followers.  That should hold me for a while.

The selling prices seem to be coming back down. The last one only brought $97. 3 or 4 before that sold for between $110 and $120. I think that there were 3 or 4 guys with more money than brains that had to have them regardless of cost. Now that they have theirs, prices are settling back down.

The last I saw them was about 80 dollars on ebay, but I don't usually check that often. I'd like to pick up a few more now that I've got an fbi issue 1076 for graduation. Sadly I only have 1 magazine, but I'll keep that loaded with black talons most likely.

S&W announced that they are no longer supporting the Gen 3 pistols. talked to a smith a week ago, guy blew a barrel on his 1006, his fault. S&W said "Sorry" , There's a Barsto bbl on ebay that went for over $400
