There are frames that come up for sale from time to time on the web.  The frame is the part that is registered and needs to go through an FFL via ATF Form 4473.
You may want to check with Glock in Georgia to see if they would sell you this part via the process.

Gun Broker has them all the time. You could use either a G20 or G21 lower.

Most of the online glock parts places sell just frames, and lone wolf has their aftermarket one.

Does the LW one support large frames?
I thought it did not.

Several years ago I bought my first Glock, a G21,  to use with my Mec tech 10 mm upper.  The G 21 was a lot cheaper to buy and easier to find used.

Glock doesn't sell them.
