Did you measure the case head expansion by chance?

WAP (silhouette) was my go to in the 90's when I got my first 10mm Delta top for the 1911.
I used 7.5 with the 180 and it was very accurate.
I would NOT go above 8.0 gr. in a progressive press especially in a 1911.

I load 200gr noslers with 8.0 silhouette seated @ 1.25 very accurate in my kimber and witness match. I haven't got around to crono that load yet.

I didnt, but I can measure some of my brass.  Problem is, I was running 2 loads and the spent brass is all mixed together.
