These were sent in by Lucas after a case head blowout in his Glock 20, I think his was an overcharge or double charge because this powder flows easily and measures consistently due to it particular properties. Therefore I don't think this was a powder bridge event.

  What would be the predicted velocity based off what we have seen? I haven't seen Ultramax 10mm in a while and wondered how old they are?

They are probably not that old...the velocity should be right at advertised even if you were to use AA#5.

BTW, I spoke with Lucas and he doesn't remember which brand of brass it was that blew out and messed up his G-20.

I just spoke with Lucas again he says

It was one of the silver looking cases that did it

They were Remington Peters Nickel plated cases, the ones you sent.  They are usually good integrity brass cases.  I have to think of overcharge unless the brass had a hidden flaw!

   I must just get lucky or something. Could it have been set-back from magazine changes? Did it happen during normal shooting or was it rapid fire?

All of these had good powder charge weights, so no problem there.
