Recent range trip, Scored some brass...

What a score! Congrats!!

Most of the ranges around here prohibit the recovering of others' brass. ${$default_angry_smiley}$

In fact last weekend, at the public range, one of the safety volunteers accused me of picking up other's brass...then I showed him I was the only one shooting 357sig. ${$default_huh_smiley}$

I wish I could find decent amounts of brass at our gun club, the retirees that go by there every day get the good stuff. I'm too far away from there to do that (30 miles round trip) with an old beat truck that gets crappy gas mileage.

The range I go to is non public, its military, law enforcement and FBI...Back in the day of the MP-5 10mm I used to get 10mm brass with the fluted chamber markings on those...very rare to find any now days.

There have been plenty 9mm and 223 with crimped primers, some 40S&W

That's how I ended up with so many 10mm cases. When I was living near DC, I went to a range FBI agents were training at. They were shooting a lot of 10mm, and a lot of 357 SIG.

We are getting a lot of serious stormy weather developing down here, so not getting any range time. That means less classes on the ranges or range time for me. Then with the backlog of training classes it will get busy for awhile.
Putting some testing ammo together for the next testing session.
