Was loading some Sierra 10mm  180gr. Jhp and had scale set at 9.1 grs. Longshot. Col.1.250. When I was running loads through Lee factory crimp die I noticed scale was at 10.1 grains.  Must have bumped scale , not sure when it went to 10.1.. question is would I be OK to fire these in a new ria fs 2011 5in barrel. ?  Longshot data said min 8.5 grs.  Max 9.5.   Is there any leeway in their data?

Geeman

Reload a few more with 3 or 4 each stepping up by .2 grains, and find the cases before you go on to the next step.  If you see pressure signs, tear the lot down and start over.

If there was an inclination to shoot them then Geeman's advice is sound. The pressure curve gets pretty steep in a hurry.

Were you hand weighing? It sounds like there is some uncertainty about what was happening to the scale settings.

Me? I'm pulling them.

Yes I weigh each one at a time

That is at the extreme, Swamp Fox loaded the 180gr  Remington GS BJHP using 10.0-10.2 grains measured.
Swamp Fox also loaded 180gr Speer Gold Dot JHP LongShot Weight: 10.6 grains measured.

These were up there in performance, so I would say you may find yours to be Good in a fully supported chamber and good RSA for the impulse generated.

I believe I bumped scale when I was running them through fcd....but I guess to be on safe side I'm gonna pull them.  Thank you all for your replies.

Good call.

I like the old saying:: "If there is any doubt, there is no doubt." Reloading is one of those endeavors where valor is false economy.

That's the best choice...

Yes pulling them wouldn't be a bad idea.  That said, I've shot 10.0gr Longshot in my KKM barreled Glocks with no issues but I didn't just go there, I did work up to it.  FWIW, 10.0gr with a 180gr Gold Dot runs just over 1300 fps from my 4.15" G29 KKM comped barrel.
