Alliant BE-86

What do most do when powder only list a max load value?  I have noticed on the Alliant Reloader's Guide for BE-86 (really only reference I can find for BE-86) that they only have max data.  Normally I'll start halfway between min and max values and work my loads up.  With only having a max data point, is it best to just drop it by 10%-15% and start there?

Yep.  Standard rule of thumb is reduce 10% and work up.  Also, you should do this when changing any component.  Swap Zero for Nosler 180 grain JHP...Reduce 10% and work up.  Swap CCI for Winchester primers....Reduce 10% and work up.
