Actually the pull down from Buffalo Bore with the Barnes 85gr and the 100gr cast showed 4.6 grains, but I haven't tested them.  But they were said to be used in the Ruger LCP

Serious props to RUGER!! Cool.

Centimeter

Very cool. I think we can all agree it's still a nice, pleasant, surprise when a company does something like that for their customers.

Yes I must say Ruger took care of my needs 100% with this little pistol.
Now I need to go and test some ammo!  Maybe tomorrow!

Went to the range and retested the reduced loaded ammo
The velocities from the 3.0 grains of AutoComp under the Lyman 125 grain Cast HP
781 / 833 / 815 / 811 / 798 /802 / 818

The little Ruger LCP is very snappy being light, small and thin.... ::)

That is like a 125 grain 38 Special load.

Yes, I could live with that or even bump the charge up a little trying for 840-850 fps.  Yesterday evening, I tested 115 gr JHP over 2.4gr of AutoComp using the 550 CCI and these only showed a little over 500 fps, they lacked for performance...I will have to bump the 115 JHP's up again and see how they do with a little more powder.  Then go test those 115's again.  :P

Once I get what I'm looking for, I will need to get some good brass from Starline to work with.  Some of the brass I'm working with is questionable...
