The fact it was done 'on the shores of Tripoli' makes me wonder if they aren't sending a message directed at the US. At least Egypt has already responded with air strikes. Their medieval acts of barbarity must be stopped....ISIS forces eliminated. Our foreign policy under the current administrations sinks to another new low. Our leader golfs while the world burns. So much change....so little hope.

Actually, ISIS or some faction has been around since before the crusades. So, the political posturing can cease as to which president is at fault. Those in the Middle East have tried to manipulate/control them for 100s of years with little success.

The question is how to contain them; because it is mainly a religion, it'll be around in the future. Back to the question.....how are they contained? Since there are factions of the ISIS(L), it is hard to go after just one. It's like trying to slice water.

I don't believe doing nothing will get rid of the problem. Having Egypt, Jordan and other countries involved in eradicating these terrorist will help.....however, because of their rapid expansion, it will take more than just them. Some think turning Israel loose is the answer; well, that will set off Syria and several other ME countries to jump onto Israel....then you have a bigger mess.

It's almost a damned if you do and damned if you don't scenario.
