Hello all! I'm new to the board. I just wanted to chime in on a new Thureon Defense 10mm carbine I just received.
It was a long wait, but well worth it. It is a real tack driver. Very low felt recoil and feeds every kind of load with no issues.
The factory Glock 15rd. mags run perfectly in the gun however, I have a couple converted 26rd  .45 cal Korean mags that have caused
a couple failure to feeds on occasion. All in all I highly recommend this carbine.

Lol. I hear Ya. This carbine is built like an Abrams tank. The more I tear into it while cleaning it, the more I'm impressed!
One thing I wish it had was bolt open catch after last round..Other than that it's a fun and accurate weapon to shoot. Now on to ordering that Sig P220 10mm. :)

Not bad, $1,000 and it takes Glock magazines. Nice mate for that new Glock 40

Kind of odd that a company attempting to sell a $1000 rifle doesnt have a picture of the damn thing on their site.. just a outline of it.

I hear ya. They are a very small company. It took me 4 months from the time I placed order to get the gun. It was a frustrating wait, but the finished product was worth it to me. They did keep me up to date on the build and some of the issues they had with the 10mm . They had a buffer issue that needed improved parts was one thing. Final product is of very good quality. Not Daniel Defense quality, but very good in my opinion. -TT

i have a thureon in 45acp, fantastic carbine... very well made and completely reliable, i've run 2k+ rounds through mine in 6 or 7 months with no problems at all... my friends have chained me up so i don't rush out and get another in 10mm...

I went Mechtech for use with my 1911 10mm, instead. A lot cheaper way to go.
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

That looks like it is just a blast to shoot!!!  Literally!!!!!!!
Even if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice.

I'm still waiting for my Mechtech to have a failure to go bang when I pull the trigger. I may have a long wait.

Very nice. I had forgotten about these. I need to find out who distributes them, or maybe go direct.

I've been wanting a 10mm for a long time but didnt want to piece one together amd tinker non stop. Plus deal with getting mags to work.

Yeah I hear you. My Mechtech conversion doesn't lock back ion an empty mag, either. Unless I'm counting rounds I end up pulling trigger on an empty chamber a lot. Problem is compounded by me having about 1/2 my mags with the Chip McCormick kit to increase them from 8 to 9 rounds. When the mags are loaded I don't know if there are 8 or 9 rounds in them.

So far so good with my new favorite 10mm. A real tac driver that functions flawlessly with hi-cap Glock .45
mags. 500 rds. Through her no issues.

Now there is something else I want.   May luck out and find a used one.
