No signs of pressure, got me between 1124-1381fps and group sizes were 1" @ 25

Velocities: Average 1124fps

I was using a pistol rest. These were 5 shot groups and I'm happy ${$default_grin_smiley}$

Thanks for the info I just finished work ing up the exact same ingredients just slightly different recipe ,not by much though I am waiting for #20recoilsprings

After reading your report I am going to go buy me some Hornady 155 XTPs! I got my first pound of longshot a few weeks ago and it works equally well with the 200 and 220 grain bullets I have tried it with. I actually had similar small groups at 25 yards with the 220 grain bullets. This longshot could be some amazing stuff for 10 millimeter.

You know ,I am really glad there is so much intrest in this bullet and powder combo.I initially was looking for gold dots, UT every one was out of stock and I have nothing but good stuff on xtp.hps and all I I could find was longshot so Iam grateful for all the information everyone is posting.when my new rsa comes in I'll try some wet phone books and do some unscientific tests to see how they perform and try and post pictures.

Yep, LS is just about the best powder for high performance 10mm aside from 800X (which won't meter worth a darn which, to some, immediately disqualifies it from regular usage).

I can push a 155gr XTP near 1500fps from a 6" tube easily with LS. My main deer load is a 200gr XTP at 1325fps from a 6" tube with LS. SMOKING loads. Attempt at your own risk... these loads are safe with MY platform, not necessarily yours. ${$default_wink_smiley}$ standard disclaimer

Nice shooting. I also love LS. But 1" @ 25 yards ${$default_shocked_smiley}$ . Wish I could see that good. My loads might be able to do that but my eyes will never be able see good enough to prove it
