sprinco vs dpm system

My eaa carry p 10mm should be here today.  I want to run more of nuclear loads through it.  I have been looking into the sprinco recoil system and the dpm system.  The dpm is not made for the p carry as of yet.  But I would like your thoughts on which system is better and why.  My main concern is reliability and not damaging the gun.  If the recoil is reduced, then its just a bonus.
