I'm in the market for a 10mm auto and the Elite Match pistol and the Glock 20 are candidates.   How are your LPA sights holding up on the 10mm Tanfoglio Elite Match pistols?  I've seen a couple of types, one like a BoMar and the other on more recent models.  I did some googling and the latter type were not exactly one of the better sights.  What are the experience of the Elite Match users here?

I see that LPA has a TR90TA version that is supposed to be good for 50K round, pro sight that could be a possible replacement if need be.

I haven't had any issues with mine.  But my round count on that gun is under 10K

Mines holding up well but I only have about 400 rounds through it so far. Intercooler posted that his sight had a screw come loose. His solution was to sight it in, then locktite the loose parts down.

As far as glock 20 vs elite match I say go for the match. I own both and really enjoy my new match. Speaking of sights. You'll want to change those lousy glock sights guaranteed.

My Glock 20 with Dawson Precision fiber optic adjustable rear sight is AWESOME. Super bright fiber optics and of course, adjustable. No problems

If you buy new the sights are warrantied for life. I had one on my Match pop off and they fixed it. My Hunter had a wore out sight and I loctited the adjusment screw in place after sighting it (used pistol with no warranty). My new pistols with the Super Sight are rock solid. The key to them is depress the sight when making adjustments so you don't wear the screw's holding teeth off. Change the front sight to a Dawson fiber-optic sight and you are good.

Definitely if anything get a Dawson Precision fiber optic front sight...
