Like the title reads, I am new to this forum.  I just bought my 1st 10MM yesterday.

I picked up a very nice, lightly used S&W 1006.  TFB prefix serial #.  Adjustable rear sights with metal wings.

I got it with the box, wax paper, and extra mag for $600 out the door from a local pawn shop.

Besides the manual, what else was supposed to be included?

Will try to post pics soon.

Any IWB holster recommendations?

Not sure what came with these when new, maybe just as you say and a manual (which you can download from the web).

Too heavy for IWB for me. No holster recommendation.

I agree, GREAT score! I love shooting mine.

Got one of those myself and I love it.  I'd say you got a real good deal on that one.  Mine came to me in a trade, but in my mind I have more than that in it, and I didn't get a box.   :-[  If you reload your brass you might look into a lighter recoil spring.  The factory spring will sling my brass 20 feet or more behind me, making it difficult to find.  I agree that they are too heavy and bulky for EDC.  I just use mine on the range and sometime for a woods walk.  I picked up a cheapo shoulder holster from fleabay that holds many of my pisto'las.  Never looked for anything else to be honest.

You're going to love that Smith!

I used a Model #5 Bianchi Black Widow belt holster snap. Worked great.

Not sure if they carry it for your model, but I have been buying for my other guns appendix and others. Like them a lot.  For hunting I have XST on a mule leg platform.  For my appendix carry glock 19 and 30,  I have the HSP INCOG IWB.

If your brass is being flung to far, you need a stronger spring to slow the slide down. If you put a lighter spring in it will increase the slide speed and throw the brass even farther.
