What David could relay on the trigger pull:

3.5-3.75 DA and 8.5-9.0 SA

The DA isn't super light, but it doesn't have any creep or staginess to it.

The single action is better than most 1911's

If I can get a backstrap that matches the rest of the frame, depending on the finish Ill take the top one. After having an M&P, I really don't care for blueing unless it melanite.

Bit bilboardy on the text though imo.

Have you tried the witness?  My wife likes it more than my 1911's she said it feels thinner.

The witness grip is very ergonomic.  It feels and probably is a bit smaller than a 1911.

No, I have 3 different manufacturer's 1911 10 mm pistols. Dan Wesson, RIA, and Fusion Firearms. My hand works with any of them.

Nothing wrong with double stacks bro. I believe you own and love a 229? I've had xdm's, a ppq, my two witnesses, Sr40c, m&p all feel slimmer than sigs. I know we have different hands but not all double stacks are glock 10/45 size.
