Hello forum members. I'm a long time 10mm fan. Bought a new Delta Elite in 87 0r 88 and been hooked ever since. Lurked here for awhile looking at the pulldown info, great work Shadow! Been into reloading for about 10 years. Recently retired and as a present to myself, ordered a RWM Xtreme 10mm DI complete package using grease gun mags. It will be shipped tomorrow. Looking forward to testing some loads and will post the results in the months to come. That is if winter ever ends here in Michigan :)

I have a Mectech CCU that converts my Dan Wesson Razorback into the lower for a carbine. But then I decided it was a pain to tear down my Razorback to shoot the carbine so I got me a TNW Aero survival rifle in 10mm. It uses double stack Glock mags.

Only problem is that NONE of my 10mm pistols were Glocks, I had to buy a few magazines for it.
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

Graybeard

I considered both of those options, but the draw of a gas operated AR was just too strong.....
I hope to be able to chronograph some loads next week. I will post if that works out.

Hello from the high desert plains of Colorado.

I'm new to 10mm but not handguns nor small hand cannons usually of the .41 magnum caliber.

I build hotels and commercial structures during the day.

For fun I'm outside most of the time.
I wanted a reliable magnum semi-auto for field use in addition to my Ruger Blackhawk so I bought a Glock 20 once I heard it was the .41 magnum semi-auto's.

Why the Glock? Because last muzzleloader season I ran into a couple bears out on the pine forests with the scariest one appearing in the trail standing on hind legs well after dark about 10 yards in front of me. Yes I have night sights, XS big dot tritium.
I figure at those distances it's probably wise to opt for higher capacity over foot pounds.

I plan to reload this cartridge and want to develop some slow moving hard whapping chunks of lead loads.
I've been lurking in the shadows a while now and decided to join the crew.
I got into magnum guns in college when we used to hike into elk camp and would see bears, in those days you could shoot the bear then go buy a license!, so I found a .41 Blackhawk to carry.
After years of reloading it I have a fondness for the caliber and it's abilities.

Welcome! I'm fairly new here myself. Lots of good info here, especially if you're a reloader.

Howdy from Wyoming,
I have a DW Titan Elite in 10mm and am having a custom DW 10mm double stack six inch long slide with a threaded barrel and RMR being built now.  Look forward to learning from you, and planning on taking up reloading.

Plenty info and people here who can help with respect to the handloading...
Best regards   :D

Hi all, im a freedom fan, live in northern New Mexico. Love to shoot and reload, hike, backpack, camp etc. A few months ago I picked up a g40MOS with a Leupold reflex. It was super accurate, but to be honest didnt care much for the ergonomics of the gen 4. Also the 6" barrel is tough to draw quick from my Hill People Gear heavy recon kit bag. Anyway, I successfully traded it yesterday for a G20sf gen 3, im in heaven! Looking for info to load 200 or 220 coated hard cast for bear and cats. Anyone else here in NM?

Howdy from Wyoming TacticalAnt, welcome to the community.

Hello and welcome TacticalAnt to the forum!  You should be able to run all of the cast bullet data with the coated bullets of the same weight!
Be sure to tip toe through the 10mm Pulldown Documentations to see what has been found as sold by the commercial loaders...
Best regards!   :D

Hey Folks, my names Ken, hard to guess that one Huh. I'm 58 years old, and live 30 miles west of Minneapolis in a sleepy little town of 4,200. My wife and I have been married for 28 years, and have two wonderful daughters, 21, and 23. As for my delight in the shooting sports, and firearms in general, I started when I was eight, shooting bird shot in my dads Winchester  model 67, 22, sure did a number in those darn Grackles, as well as learning my dad's solid ethic for Firearm safety. In 2000 I was laid off at Honeywell as a CNC  machinist and started college, Lol, better late than never I guess. I started with a 18 month cert program in network administration, and continued on getting an AS in network administration. In 2011 I returned to school only to receive my BS in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on information systems and security in 2014. I owned and operated a one man computer Consalting business from 2001-2014, only to realize self employment can be a hard row to hoe. As for the last  last four years, I have gravitated into the realm of hardware asset management with an extremely large privately owned company...with absolutely nothing to do with my degree in Criminal Justice,  imagine that. As for time spent away from work when not doing something with my family, or shooting / reloading, our faith, Church and ministering is a big part of our lives.
I think two of the greatest attributes of this group of fine folks are that A- there's a wealth of knowledge to be learned and to share, and B- there is very little to no belittling, something that is rare in this day and age.

Morning Bunny, welcome!

In my 60s, retired on SS so tiny gun budget.

Gun nut all my life, used to own about 20 but didn't hunt so most were just collected and rarely fired.  Eventually sold off all but a handful of .22s and my Win 101 O/U.
Retired and moved to NM three years ago.  At some point stumbled on some feral hog hunting videos and got hooked.
Six months ago built my first AR in 6.5 Grendel and saving up to shoot some Texas hogs.

Last month Sportsman's Warehouse had the RIA 10mm on sale for $500 and I grabbed one.  Love it!  First 1911 and first 10mm and looking forward to popping some hogs with it.
Just bought 10mm dies and getting setup to handload.

Also active on Rimfire Central and 6.5 Grendel forums.
6 year Navy veteran.
