Greetings! Can't believe I just found this forum. I'm from northwest Georgia and have had a couple of 10mm's since the early '90s. Haven't had them out in a while but have been doing a little bowling pin shooting lately and think I'll try one or both. I've already found some interesting info here.

longslide10, welcome to the forum!  I too have been into the 10mm getting my first, the S&W1006 March of 1990.  The addiction and ballistic performance has been great!

Hello all!  Lurking for a little bit now, finally got registered.

Been interested in 10mm for a long time, and on the spur of the moment I converted my G21SF with a Storm Lake barrel, Lone Wolf stainless guide rod, 20 lb. ISMI spring, and a 10mm extractor.
I've since learned that this may not be the optimal setup, but I'm going to try it before changing anything else.
I've just recently loaded up my first batch of load-development rounds, and when everything lines up for me to get the gun and the chronograph to the range, I'll see what's what.

Hoping to learn a lot more, glad to be here!

Hey Y'all!

I'm not a newbie here, but I suppose a re-introduction is in order. I had to go dark for a while (not for any bad reasons), but I'm back. It's taken some time to catch up on nearly 2 years of technology backlog. At any rate, I've had a lot of time for a bunch of load development and pistol builds, mostly 10mm, 38-40 and 460 Rowland (as well as some boring rifle stuff). Good info, and I'll share it all in time. Greg

New G20 owner here, UTTERLY BOGGED DOWN IN 10MM BALLISTICS DATA,..

I'll be posting some questions soon, i'm still on the fence if i'm wanting to go fast and light/ or more typically heavy and carry some penetrating energy~ OR BOTH, just soooo much you can do with 10MM.

So far its looking like Liberty Civil Defense, Buffalo Bore, Double-Tap, and Underwood all have a variety of offerings,.. I'll be posting questions soon, im still real dizzy from all the number crunching. (No i dont reload)

Brian, first question I ever ask of new or prospective Glock owners is do you want to reload for them? They will void the warranty if the gun goes south shooting reloaded ammo. Also supposedly their polygonal rifling is not conducive to shooting cast bullets. A lot of Glock owners buy Lone Wolf or KKM barrels to shoot cast bullets.
