Do you have a 20 slide already?

Not so far.  I may end up going with a full slide assembly if I don't get good reliability with this set-up - the rest of which should arrive today:

  • Spare G21 extractor for possible modification
  • 20lb and 22lb stainless spring/rod assemblies
  • Storm Lake barrel
  • 3 mags
  • Pearce +2 mag extensions
  • The other usual glock mods - 3.5lb connector, diy trigger job, ext slide lock and take-down lever, Trijicon night sights

Friday, I'll be out test firing a variety of hand-loads.

Overall, I try shoot at least once a week.
I planned to procrastinate today.... screw it.  It'll wait 'til tomorrow.

Pablo

Sounds like a plan. I  suggest starting a thread about your gun. Very interesting to say the least.  I'm curious how the lower mass slide and larger shell base slide behave with hot 10mm. I love stuff like this.  Oh and welcome! !!

Hi Stacy. I was thinking 10mm and 41 mag could be real close cousins.

They very well could be!!! Lol

Cold Trigger Finger

Hey all ;
New guy here from Eastern Central Alaska.  A G20 is my 10 tho I did have a S+W 1006 20 years ago or so. I prefer the Glock but the S+W was a good gun. I just wasn't in a situation to utilize it back then.  Still hadn't got over being hooked on large caliber revolvers.
Anyway,  I'm looking forward to being on another cart specific forum.
   Glen.

General

Hi. Found this sight when I was searching for a G40.
I've had a Gen 3 20C for awhile now and it's one of my favorites.
Hope the G40 is available soon.
I've only found 1 shop so far and it LEO sales only.
I'm on several wait lists though.
I also hope to see Guncrafter in 10mm someday.

Howdy all,

Real names  Jesse. I'm 24 years old I'm a Mechanic by trade and a 2nd Generation Gunsmith. Got my love for 10mm from my father. He always said some of the best calibers are the ones least favored by the public. I carry a 10mm EAA witness p, but have a G20 coming. I am also gathering parts to build a 10mm 1911. I am a big 1911 fan and I also collect wesson revolvers. Both Smith and Dan. Hope to be able to contribute to this great forum.

Hello everyone. Real name is Shane and live in the panhandle of Texas. Have several guns, enough to say I've started a collection but not anywhere enough to compete with some collections I've seen. My newest purchase and related searches prior to purchase, is what led me to this site.

Shane, Jesse, General & Glen  Welcome to the forum!  Glad to have you all onboard, and the interest you can share.
Glen, those S&W are some great guns in their own right as S&W developed several models and features for specific agencies.  I still beat up on some of mine, just to compare them to the other makes and models.

I am looking at the possibility of getting an EAA sometime in the future, but being retired makes for limited funds these days!

Hope you all find the forum and what it has to offer useful or just to kick around ideas and info.
Best regards!   :D

GunBugBit

New to the 10mm cartridge by way of a Gen 4 G20.  Enjoying 1911s, Hi-Powers, ARs, AKs, and other Glocks in the great state of  Arizona.  Not overly partial to any of these guns over the others, enjoy them all for what they are.

Nice forum, happy to be here.

Oooohh I like your Witness.
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

Ok, the search is on, I think I want to find a decent Glock 20 and carbine kit for it or build a Olympic upper AR carbine, woud love to have one of those 1076 again, maybe some day.

Rusty, welcome and thanks for the beautiful views you shared.  Sorry to hear of the 1076 slipping away, they are great pistols.  Best of luck finding the G-20 and carbine.

Best regards!  :D
