Karl, Welcome aboard, I too share the passion of the S&W 10XX models getting my first the 1006 back in early 1990.  I am also on the S&W forum, many nice folks there as well and some are here as well.  Sorry to hear of your dilemma with the 1066 they are sweet guns and Obummer continues to be an Ass!

Hope you enjoy the forum, best regards!  :D

Welcome Karl from another Utah rez
Yes, the Gun Laws here are GREAT, not Aridzona great, but close enough
I've been into 10mms for a few decades
But not a single S&W (of any type) here....
My Tens are; a Colt, a Witness and an MG20 (MechTech-Glock CCU)

Enjoy
So tell me again how Trump was worse then the 8 years before .... AND what came after HIM !

Hmm Karl, looks like my Alabama CCR is good in Utah!
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

New to "10mm Firearms" forum. I'm a firefighter/paramedic from College Station, TX. I enjoy finding firearms with good potential and making them earn a spot in my safe! I have made many of my own class III firearms and suppressors. I enjoy pushing the limits of what the industry has to offer and surpassing the standards through the tedious R&D process. Below is a picture of my G20SF. I have since sold the RONI and added a Burris Fastfire III along with other upgrades to the Glock.

firecwp, Welcome to the forum!  Interesting to hear of your projects and see how you did.   It is always intriguing to see how many Fireman get into the 10mm.  As a retired fireman I started with 10mm 1990 and still enjoy the ballistics it brings to the party!  Enjoy the forum.
Best regards!   :D

I just bought a new Glock 20 Gen 4. Waiting for KKM barrel and Comp-tac Infidel Hybrid. Will probably put some rounds downrange tomorrow. I'm hoping my stuff arrives today so I can test it all when I hit the range.

wfparys, welcome to the forum and congrats on your new Glock 20 Gen 4.  I see you are getting the aftermarket barrel as well, was that because you intend to handload for it?  The Comp-tac Infidel Hybrid looks to be an interesting an IBW Holster.
Be sure to post your range report.
Enjoy the forum and best regards!  :D

Hi Stacy. I was thinking 10mm and 41 mag could be real close cousins.
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

greetings  all, name is Will..new  to the 10 mm world, old  to the shooting world. I recently purchased a Rock Island armory 1911 MS tactical. I just got done buying powders and bullets and brass plan on starting to reload this weekend. I am using  long shot and 180 grain Nosler as well as 200 grain round nose flat points. Really like the website and hope to you be chatting with some of you guys and picking your brains for knowledge on these cool 10 mms...unfortunately my Rock Island had to go back to Armscor last week due to some pretty bad jamming issues so hopefully I'll get back in a couple days we'll see how it goes..

Pablo

Welcome to the new folks! Great to have more 10mm fans (hey save some ammo for me!!)

Hiya everyone from Boise, ID

Always been a big fan of the 10mm.  Finally joined the club.

Just picked up a Gen 4 Glock 21 last friday.   Ordered my Storm Lake 10mm barrel the same day (figured I'd get the '21 for the free extra caliber (45 acp) in case the SHTF).    I enjoy reloading and plan to NEVER purchase factory 10mm loads.

Only other handgun is a Glock 32 - with 40 S&W and 9mm barrels.   Other weapons include the obligatory AR15 (80% lower, JSE 16" stainless upper), a couple scatter guns, and some WWI/WWII era rifles.

Cheers - Mike
I planned to procrastinate today.... screw it.  It'll wait 'til tomorrow.
