CCantu357, Glad you could join us here on this forum.  This site is a valuable resource for all things 10mm and more!  Hope it is useful for your needs and helps you as well.
I am also from the great state of confusion we call Louisiana!
Best regards!

Many thanks. It is great to see there is such support for the 10mm. Being a long time .357/.38  revolver guy, I will always believe the 10mm is the only auto round that offers the same versatility.

First off, I'd like to thank you all for having me.  My name is Larry and I live in FL (transplant from Los Angeles), just outside of Daytona Beach.  I've shot many a Glock in my time, but finally was able to pick up a NIB Gen 3 G20 at a pretty good price.  Always wanted one and finally I have it.  It will primarily be my hunting sidearm as well as home defense.  For CC, I have a snubnose .38 that fits just right.

I have been scouring around for the best deal on good ammo and have pretty much narrowed my sights on Underwood ammo for quality and price.  My only concern is that purchasing rounds for range shooting will get quite costly, so I will probably look into reloading for that purpose.  I'll ask any questions regarding reloading in the proper area.

Thanks again and looking forward to asking many questions.

Hello Larry and welcome to the forum!  You could contact Underwood directly and ask to something suitable for the range or look around the web for some deals on bulk stuff like Georgia arms, hang on to the brass for your reloads.

Handloading does offer you the best opportunity to tailor ammo for your specific needs.

Best regards!  :D

Larry, welcome to the family! Underwood is my go to factory ammo and is great stuff. Reloading is your best bet and you have found a plethora of 10mm reloading Guru's here that will go above and beyond in assisting you. Again, welcome!

Thank you all for the warm welcome.  I went and purchased a box of 180gr TMJ and 180gr JHP from Underwood yesterday.  Also, my kids happen to be at the new Bass Pro in Melbourne, FL, so they picked me up a box of Remington 180gr UMC's.  Can't wait to get them all together and try them out.  The gentleman at Underwood asked me not to fire all the Remington's until I got the Underwood's in so I can do a fair comparison, as he would love to know what I think.  Now that tells me that this company welcomes a challenge and is not afraid to put there ammo up against the competition.  I'll be sure to post my results in the ammo section.

There is a difference between the Underwood and most of the factory ammo and I'm sure you will notice it.

Matt, welcome to the forum!  The 10 is what it is a great cartridge to bring to a semi auto pistol platform.  Good luck with what you decide to get!  Enjoy the forum!   :D

New guy, Hail from a nowhere mountain top in a part of VA that is usually forgotten. Love to be outdoors shooting or just hanging out. Reload for all my firearms(Rifle and handguns) like to try shoot longrange. I own a variety of handguns but my favorites are my S&W 610, Glock 20sf, and a S&W 1911 e-series in 45 that I wish Smith would do in 10mm or 40s&W. Stumbled upon the website will looking for cfe pistol powder for sale. Thought I might give it a try if I could locate some. Was going to try it with some Nosler 135 a buddy just gave me
