Welcome to the site fellas! More info here on the 10mm than you might ever wish to know  :D Really jealous of your ability to legally hunt with semi auto hunter5567, would love to take a white tail with my 1006 here in PA!

New to the forum. 41 from Massachusetts. Love 10mm. There is such a wealth of knowledge on this site. First gun I ever shot was a S&W 1006 when I was 16. Just purchased a Gen 3 Glock 29 with 4.6" Lone Wolf barrel. I can't wait to shoot the Buffalo Bore 155 grain Barnes I just acquired. This will be my hiking gun with the Buffalo Bore 220 grain hard cast.

I actually found the site from a link on case support. I joined after I saw the link for an article that included the IAI (AMT) Javelina. That is my 10mm that I got in the 90s when they closed out on them. It was around $200 new give or take during the sell off. Over the years I added a beaver tail safety and a commander hammer and probably a thing or two I forgot but it still shoots well and great caliber. Look forward to sharing information.

saleen322, glad you were able to find us and welcome to the forum!  If you were looking at support issues i suppose you have seen some issues over the years?  There have been several high performance loads that have ballooned out in the Delta factory chambers.

Best regards!  :D

I really haven't heard about that much for 10s until I was reading a post on another forum. It seemed that mostly I heard about the 40s having support issues. Then, just as you called it, a Delta let loose on a Buffalo Bore round. It took out the magazine but the OP said the gun was found to be okay.  The interesting thing was when he showed his barrel with a round in it, it was showing much more brass than my barrel does. Up until then, I did not realize the chambers were cut so different. I guess Colt did that to aid feeding??  Anyway I learned something and I am VERY impressed with your tear downs of factory ammo. That is great!  Thanks for all of your members work. I plan on doing a lot of reading.

Hello Paul and welcome to the forum!  We have a few guys that are up on the EAA guns, Witness, Hunter, Limited, StockII and the Match.  Myself I'm a Smith & Wesson 10xx series and Glock 20 & 29.  Oh yea there is a Bren Ten somewhere also.
I've rolling my own ammo for many years, to feed them there pistolas and rifles.  ;D

I used to turn a few wrenches, but was hired as a Fireman to which I made a career out of it.

Best regards!  8)

Welcome Paul! You'll find a lot of good reading here on the EAA's. Like Shadow, I'm another S&W 10xx series guy. Also have a few others. Been working in a NC prison for over 24 years.
