Intercooler and I have been swapping info about various bullet designs.  The Mountain Mold company has a online design program which you can design your own mold.  Here is what I came up with as I manipulated the design parameters.

200 grain PLAIN BASE two lube grooves
Diameter 0.4020"
Total bullet length 0.6300"
Olgive Length 0.2650" (that should have the bullet seated with that much outside the casing with a C.O.A.L. of 1.2500"-1.2550" based on a casing length of 0.9900")
Meplat 0.28944"

I thought the magic number was a Meplat >.300"?

The_Shadow

0.3000" Yea kind of...  This one is not that far from that and may feed better.  But if you want 0.3000" you just increase to 75%.

0.4020" X 0.75 = 0.3015"

Diameter 0.4020"
Total bullet length 0.6270"

Meplat 0.3015"
Ok here you can see there isn't much difference...0.4020" X 0.75 = 0.3015"

I will have to take some measurements on my mountain mold 205 grain pills, but I think they are pretty close to your specs:

I would like to find a cast bullet 200 and 220 gr with no lube groves ( making it shorter - more room for powder - with a shallow hollow point in it ) than I could powder coat it. Dont want much do I ;D

They can be made that way, those would be very easy Nose profiled 0.4000" drill bit and drill your own mold blocks or even older worn or damaged blocks... :D

I also want a "Cup/Dish" nose. Since the plan is to use them for Deer, Elk, and Feral Hogs. It helps broaden the wound tract without losing penetration.

NoNoNo - I don't want to get back into casting bullets again - I'm too lazy for that again - I'ed rather buy them and cut out the hard part all together.  To be truthful, I hated casting with a passion. I did it for years back in the 70's - moved toGa in the 80's got rid of all my casting equipment when I moved down south, I gave my friend about 600lbs of lead bars and all my equipment, swore I;d never get back into it again.

I recently bought this 210 gr TC mold made by Palmetto.

Very Nice looking mold, If you wanted just a little more weight you could have the bevel base cut to make it a squared base.
