Underwood Ammo's "gold dot shortage" question

Underwood has plenty 165gr Speer Bonded JHP in stock.  Is that not the Gold Dot, since they don't specifically say?

Speer gave them a problem about using the "Gold dot" brand name, so they have to say bonded JHP.
