Freedom Munitions 9mm 115gr XTP and 124gr RN

I picked up their new rounds instead of the reloads for this round of testing. The plan is to test them tomorrow evening now that the rain is drying up.

10mm 180gr RNFP


9mm 115gr XTP

9mm 124gr RN


They are using a brass marked IMT for their new 9mm rounds. I will have to look it up!

Looking at the info the original post put up those stampings look very poorly done, I would be suspect of poor annealing too.  ???
The "10mm" I'm Packin', Has The Bullets Wackin', Smakin' & The Slide is Rackin' & Jackin'!

I bought all of these to test only. IMO money is better spent on better brands.

Springfield XD 4" 1043, 1015, 1037, 1028, 1020. Average = 1028.6 FPS/ 291 LBS
EAA Elite Limited 4.75" 1051, 1059, 1074, 1073, 1075. Average = 1066.4 FPS/ 313 LBS

Freedom Munitions 115gr XTP
Springfield XD 4" 1286, 1286, 1249. Average = 1273.66 FPS/ 414 LBS
EAA Elite Limited 4.75" 1316, 1329, 1299. Average = 1314.66 FPS/ 441 LBS  These were shockingly zippy and the recoil mirrored it.

I also ran the Nugent 115gr Gold Dots since I didn't have the XD data.
Springfield XD 1165, 1177. Average = 1171 FPS/ 350 LBS
EAA Elite Limited 1214, 1219. Average = 1216.5 FPS/ 378 LBS  Last time out they averaged 1192 FPS
