Anyone else think 10 mm ammo is getting a little easier to find and better $$'s?

As much ammo as some of you guys buy I'm really surprised you don't just start  handloading. Especially since 10mm isn't the most popular cartridge in the world.  There's nothing Buffalo Bore, Double Tap or Underwood ammo sells that you can't reproduce yourself with tighter tolerances cheaper.
