I am told this is a CL date code so its one of the good ones. I can get it for a good price but want to be able to shoot UW ammo with it. What do you think?

sqlbullet

Same slide as my EAA tank.  I would say go for it.

Intercooler

Looks like a nice unit to me. The mags look to be K10's as well.

mt10mm

I have first dibs on this and the seller and I are negotiating on price. This comes with 3 mags and some ammo. What's a fair price ? I offered 350.00 but he says he wants 400.00

DenStinett

Is that $ 400.00 shipped ?
If so, that's really not that bad, given the two extra Mags and Ammo are thrown in
So tell me again how Trump was worse then the 8 years before .... AND what came after HIM !

mt10mm

The seller is local so no shipping. I am going to meet up with him this week to see if I can work out a deal

Patriot

That's a great price. I paid $525 for mine. It has the new grips so probably a 2012 or later model.

sqlbullet

$400 is what I paid for mine about seven or eight years ago.  Snatch it up.

Dave84

Not a bad deal at all. I recommend upgrading the recoil spring to a 20 for UW. Thing looks great.

mt10mm

It's mine!

Came with 200rds of misc factory ammo wolf recoil and trigger spring. Paid 400.00 and can't wait to shoot it!

Best add-ons are wrapped up in a single kit by Hennings:

The key things in this kit are the conetrol guide rod and flat bottom firing pin stop.

Got her home and broke her down for a good cleaning. Was using hopps#9 and look what happened to the slide!  It was not like this before I cleaned it. Is the blueing this thin on all of these ?

sqlbullet

Wow.

Can't say.  My Elite Match is the only "blue" gun I have from EAA.  It hasn't had any issues.

I didn't think much of their "wonder" finish, so my full-size was blasted, parked and cerakoted.  It is pretty easy to do.   I did  a write up in this thread:

Sorry the finish went south on your.  That kinda sucks.

I was thinking of doing a refinish anyway so no real loss. I plan to use this as woods carry piece so as long as it goes bang everytime I'm ok with it for now :)
