It's the hottest 135gr to date.

Andrew tested the MAC 165gr MG's and Buffalo Bore 180gr MG's I sent. Both looked to do well except shedding the peddles. Should be pretty decent in 155gr also.

I think that the important take away from the tests is that the Montana Gold bullets I've tested have all experienced significant fragmentation and every 155 gr 10mm I tested, except for solid copper bullets, have failed to meet penetration standards. If I were to attempt a prediction, I'd guess that the 155 gr Montana Gold would hit between 10"-11".

I placed a follow-up order tonight of the 135 and 155's plus added the 165's (we don't have them on the sheet). I do believe the production 135's will be the 1500 FPS versions instead of the 1600 FPS I was sent a few of. Maybe if the timing is right, or I can get them to hold my order, I can work the Beartooth 200's in there with them.

Andrew I will send some of each your way to see.

On second thought, I'm not sure if the PBR 135gr is faster than Underwood.  These were with a 4.75" barrel, was the Underwood with a 4.6"?

Same test platforms.  The commercial load will be the 1500 FPS version which is slower. It might actually perform better in gel.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive.

Anthony must have taken a sabbatical or something.  :P

Thanks. I got it yesterday and fired it yesterday. The 155 grain was peppy, as you indicated. There was a lot of muzzle flash, which could be a downer in a self defense situation taking place in the dark.

But the ammo was good and powerful, accurate, and was a LOT of fun to shoot.

Nice product.

Hopefully soon now that they are back I can get the 200 Beartooth HC's for testing.

Sounds good. My order was packed by Amber. I think I will be ordering some more.

I wish Kevin would get his 165 tmj's back in stock.

I didn't get Hunter data for the 135gr Noslers last time. This is from today:

EAA Hunter 6" 1613, 1585, 1632. Average = 1610 FPS/ 777 LBS
