Best place to buy Armscor & PPU?

Friends,
     Is Cheaper than Dirt (yeah right) the only online dealer with Armscor 180gr FMJ 10mm?  Their shipping is almost $40 to Florida for a 1K case.   Where is the cheap but weak PPU stuff?  I could use some brass if I ever start reloading, which at this point I may have to.
Really bummed the bulk order deal didn't happen.
