Every since this regulatory body was formed; Banks and financial services companies have complained this body has too much authority with very little oversight. Hopefully this exercise of the power will open some eyes and it will be reeled in.

I wish they would repeal Dodd-Frank!

Obama's minions are really trying to use their authority to control business in this country. This choking effect started about 3 years ago; it is just now seeing sunlight.
