The more time goes on,the more science is giving way to junk science.  Who pays for a study leads to a predetermined conclusion.  Political view points twist the interpretation of the data.  One side of a debate claims the results are absolutely conclusive when the very basis of the scientific method. It's the challenging of a result. 

To me, the whole discussion is mute.  The constitution give the right and the ramblings have no bearing on those rights.  Don't like it, go ahead and try to amend that constitution
