dswancutt, welcome to the forum.  Those are some nice pistols...are you getting out of 10mm? or just getting off some stuff?

Actually moving in the S&W direction.  I am looking to get a 1006 to replace the Glock which is not a good fit for me.  I bought a 610 when they first came out and still have it and it is one of my favorite pistols.

The other two have effectively been replaced by my M&P 357 with a 40 S&W barrel.  Will be getting a 9mm barrel and mags for it.

The S&W 10xx series are very nice, each has their own particulars...the take up on the triggers are long but can be mastered.
I love my S&W's but carry the Glock 29 because the parts or full replacement is easier to deal with.

Seems a lot of people are looking for the Smith 10mm. I tried bidding on one on Gunbroker but someone wanted it more than I did. ;D

Thanks for filling us in and putting us in the loop!
Gun Control?  Oh yes, the theory that becoming a victim is somehow morally superior to defending yourself & your family.  Makes perfect sense.
