All 10mm ammo is sold out

Hope he gets the loaders fired up soon.. 200 TMJ is my plinking load and have no more.

One thing about Underwood.

They seem to make 'em as fast as they sell them out.
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

Intercooler

Georgia Arms and Armscor look good right about now. I see PBR has the Premium (strong but easy enough on the pistol) and Velocity Supreme (rip roaring and not for a steady diet).

Looks like all of the Underwood ammo is being moved through Able Ammo.

Intercooler

Hmmmm. Maybe they are going on vacation and made a deal with Able to be the supplier during that period?

Usually Underwood gets their stuff back in stock very quickly. Probably will have some 180 gr tmj complete during the work week. In the meantime you have PBR to handle your full power needs. Targetsportsusa has Remington in stock. Lax has reloads and newly made ammunition for sale as well.

Think I have 2 boxes of their 180 grain TMJ I still haven't shot.

Too busy tuning up my reloads.

Interesting.  To my knowledge Underwood has always sold direct via his website and now literally within days his entire inventory of 10mm is sold out and coincidentally at the exact same moment Able Ammo suddenly begins marketing the exact same SKU product mix previously found on Underwood's website....Exact same price point too by the way.
::)

May or maynot be signal of things to come, but no doubt this is a clear departure from Underwood's previous marketing strategy.  Insted of discounting and moving inventory to end users as in the past, he's elected on this occasion to discount and sell wholesale to other online retailers.

Unfortunate development in my opinion.     :(

Rojo, I agree with you. Underwood has been extremely overpriced (as well as everyone else). A box of any hot 10mm should be around 19.99 if we ever get ammo prices normalized again. Paying $35 bucks a box is robbery. I shoot the cheaper and weaker Armscor and PPU at 19.99 a box. If armscor would just put another grain of powder in the case they would have great 10mm ammo. As it is now it is fairly weak. It really doesn't cost anything to add that one grain.....

Yet you put in a very strong case for reloading. Tailor make the stuff the way YOU want it. I think the last time I ran the reloading calculator I was coming up with about $9 a box of fifty for 185 grain 10mm.

Not sure what is up but PBR is the next best option in my option

mag360

what is the cheapest i can get setup to reload some 10mm? i'll shoot lead boolits with my lonewolf barrel to save dough.

PandaBear

The prices for Underwood 10mm are making me take the plunge into reloading. PBR is more expensive for me than Underwood with shipping, so I don't intend on buying from them. They would be my 2nd choice though.

I will likely buy SD ammo from Underwood, but that's about it.

I enjoy shooting full power 10mm but at this time not set up to reload. I have been looking into getting the ended equipment to start though.

pacapcop

I agree. It's pricy with market conditions as they are. I pulled back on shooting it as much as i did in the past. Shooting other calibers more so. Which is fine although i do miss the frequency.
