Two foot sections of pipe, threaded on each end (except for the legs which obviously only need to be threaded at one end), 90 degree elbows, chain, connectors, and a bag of concrete all cost me about forty bucks from Home Depot. The plate was from the scrap bin at a job I used to work. Boss let me take it. I get the buckets free from the Fry's bakery but 4" PVC capped at one end would have a cleaner look.

What do you think?

Looks heavy, but very functional if you don't have to move it much!  8)

Looks good but as Shadow pointed out a bit heavy for moving around. I've found old real-estate sign holders work great.

Political signs make great stands and backers for paper targets.

Just a suggestion. You could drill some holes just behind the elbow on the bottom and attach some of those small wheels for a push mower.  Then you can just tilt it forward and roll it. With those buckets of cement on the bottom it ain't going anywhere.

That's great.  :)

It started-out as a joke, but note the opening....
It's the size and shape of a Man's Head
Set it out at 500+ yrds and practice your "Head Shots"
