Gunblast eval on Delta Elite-FYI

Nice evaluation of the 10mm Colt auto by Jeff Quinn-lots of ammo chrono'd  with video of nice blasts-he liked the gun and had NO problems with it -I like mine too.

Welcome to the forum HiVel, the DE's are good guns they lack some case support with a non ramped barrel but with proper ammo it will run.  Some have had sever bulges with higher impulse rounds and another fellow did have a couple of cases blow out.

Gunblast is one of the first sites I check when looking for a review on a firearm. Mr. Quinn's reviews are full of good information and not just a sales pitch.

If you read this Jeff I just want to say hi and thanks for all the good info over the years!

Now to the Delta Elite. I have the newer one and it eats brass. It is going out the door. Figures I would get the dentmeister.

I had issues with a 1911 eating brass:



I just had to add some tension to the extractor and the issue went away.

I sold the pistol and the issue went away.    I am going to get a Glock. Should have gotten one in the first place.
