In a PM with member MyTime he mentioned if I heard about this news, quite frankly I had been immersed in scanning the negatives and converting them to digital pictures, so I had no surfed the web for any news.  But here is what I located based on MyTime's PM'ed question...

I dont by it.  Only because a google search only brings up this one and only article.  IF it is true, the article does say that ATK (Federal, CCI) does not buy powder from them, bu tit is used by the makers of Brown Bear and the likes.  If there was an explosion, I am also glad no one was killed.
