Grand Power is introducing a 10 mm version. Made in Slovakia, they feature a rotating barrel which helps soften recoil. The name is tacky, but reportedly they're pretty well designed/made. STI imported a batch of 9mm as "GP 6", so maybe they're the ones to ask for a US import.

Cool I will look for one tomorrow at the gun show.

Polymer it looks like.  This might be a piece of Tupperware I would opt for in 10mm. Wonder what the specs are?

Interesting pistol, but the lever for the slide stop looks flimsy...I'd like to see and feel it in person before I make a decision.  ???

Yeah, I gave a heads-up to the 10Ringers over on GT.

This pistol, to me, looked like it had some M&P-ish aspects, while another poster thought it had CZ-lines.

Personally, I like the barrel/slide length pictured above, rather than a 6" LS or such.
I also don't like cheesy fiber-glow front sights for breakage reasons, but that's my preference.

As always with any new 10mm pistol, the essential requirements are going to be (1) reliability (which means gun AND magazines have to run hiccup-free) and (2) durability over time on a regular diet of real 10mm ammo, not just looking good shooting the .40-duplicating fodder.  8)

I'll pass on this specimen but at least we have another manufacturer offering a 10mm.

Depending on who sells it, hopefully the price isn't inflated.

Should send to CZ and tell them to get with it. Intresting comment from article. A renewed interest in the 10mm in the United States.

Interesting internals.

I doubt the 10mm version having slide ports. Ambi decocker, mag release and slide release. The guide rod is secured with the cross pin, rotating barrel with fluted barrel. Hammer fired!

More 10mm guns produced the better.  Maybe one day we will see 10mm ammo at wallyworld.......................nah

I wonder how that rotating bolt will stand up to repeated use of full power ammo. I know it works on the Desert Eagle but that is a completely different system.

I can't wait to hear some range reports!

I like the hammer fired design also. It kind of reminds me of an H&K USP.

My old Beretta PX4 Storm .45ACP held up just fine and I was shooting Swamp Fox and Doubletap through it. I know the Beretta shotgun I just inherited has a rotating bolt as well.

My bigger concern is the chamber support. If someone can e-mail or post on that board our questions, that would be excellent!

BTW... I don't know exactly how much recoil the rotating barrel kills, but it has to help if you think about the principal.
