Shadow , Thank you very much for all that information .  I just ordered a Lee 6 cavity 175 grain Truncated Cone Beveled Base mold .   I like that Lyman 156 gr Devastator HP you have there .  I think I need to get one of them .
Thank you very much for the video , very impressive .

Can you tell me what alloy you are using ?

Lyman discontinued that mold from the line but still make the other calibers.

However you can have the Lee mold conversion done  http://www.hollowpointmold.com/
Erik is a very nice guy and he has this one for sale for $99

Mostly straight wheel weights air cooled...The one in the video that Raggedyman tested with I sent to him.  The base of the one he shot exited the top of block, it was devastating to see the block jump up so high and the wound channel.

A lot of people don't understand that cast bullets can be very effective even as a defensive round.
This was 2 bases @ 1400 fps into 4 gallon water jugs...

Wow , That is very impressive .  I just ordered that mold from the link you posted .   I never did cast any hollow point bullets before , just RN , and SWC .

The Lyman mold is a single cavity and has a pin that you have to turn and remove before opening the mold to drop the bullet, then you have to close the mold and put the pin back in...it is slower.

The two cavity mold from Erik has the cramer style pins, I think you open the mold and tap the bar to have them fall out.  Some have a bar that moves I'm not sure this new mold is setup that way.

That 6 cavity mold will make plenty bullets fast, when I was running the 4 and 6 cavity molds, I actually had two 20lb pots running, they can drink some metal.  The Lyman pot, I used to fill the molds and the LEE Drip-O-Mattic, I used to pre-melt alloy, to top off the Lyman pot as need.

When I work with the HP molds, I work as fast as I can, to keep the molds hot for the best fill out.

Shadow , Thank you for the link , and info on the hollow point molds .  My new hollow point mold came Today in the mail .   Eric does a really great job on the conversion , and he shipped it out right away .

I can hardly wait to start casting some hollow point bullets , with this new mold .

Thanks again for all the help ,

Shadow, As soon as I can get some other things out of the way , and get some alloy made up . I have some old wheel weights , and other scrap lead I need to separate , and make some ingots .
