    I received it today:



Kind of weird packaging.

Has ELD headstamp? Anyone know what that is? The brass doesn't look polished so bet they are reloads. Also whatever primers they install has a blue haze around it.




I will test them out tomorrow. Anything over 1000 FPS I would be shocked.

And, was it mixed nickel and brass cases?

ELD is PMC.  The US company HQ is in Colorado, but the brass is probably Korean.

Well Well Well. Don't judge a book by it's cover and same for ammo! They don't tumble it pretty, but after the first shot I knew it was strong. Here is that first shot BTW:



It shot really well so I did long strings to see exactly what we had.

Out of the 4.75" Match: 1257, 1350, 1309, 1273, 1304, 1289, 1264, 1362, 1320, 1293. Average = 1302.1 FPS/ 677.50 LBS. In the 600 Club!

Had to put some through the 1911!

Out of the 5" Razorback: 1347, 1322, 1282, 1368, 1327, 1374, 1359, 1384, 1343, 1381. Average = 1348.7 FPS/ 726.86 LBS.

That is some good sauce.  Buffalo Bore numbers for 180 as I recall.

Ran two GAS Ammo 180gr JHP's over out of the Razorback too:

1195, 1210. Average = 1202.5 FPS/ 577.82 LBS.

Thanks for the info and the range report/Chono results!  Great to see another source for 10mm ammo.  Unfortunately his shipping prices are a bit higher than I'm comfortable with.  He wants $35 to ship 100 rounds of 10mm to Florida FedEx ground.  A little better if you buy more, shipping on 500 rounds is right under $50.  A bit too steep for reloads in my opinion.   I can get 1000 round cases of ammo shipped from J&G Sales in Prescott AZ for that price.  He must be in a little town, the shippers always stick it to you if you're not in a big city.   I wish I lived closer than the East coast.

      Man I was pulling my hair (what little I have) out with these guys. I kept telling them your shipping calculator is messed up! I told them I put your own zip and it was $33. He either wasn't getting it or they are making money on the shipping too...but I finally said let me give you my FedEx and you ship it on my number. I haven't been able to see my charges yet but that is the route I took. I told them you won't sell much ammo unless you fix it!

    It costs nothing for UPS, FedEx and USPS accounts. You save money so I tell everyone get accounts!

We spoke on the phone and he said their wasn't any on loaded ammo. He couldn't explain why his calculator is so jacked.

Yeah.  He is passing ounces where he thinks he is passing lbs, or someone fat fingered the packaging weight with the decimal wrong or something. His rates match up with shipping 70lbs not the 3-4lbs a box of ammo actually weighs.
