Cant figure out how to reply to personal messages.?

You will look for the word REPLY on the right hand side at the top of the PM posted message, click on the word REPLY.

Still having trouble. I can reply to this message but not e-mail or personal messages. When you hit reply on them they want a name in the box. I put name in box fill out the letters and tell them what color grass is. It keeps being returned to me ? Is it my laptop or the operator ?
