Just traded a 3rd gen 21 for a New 3rd Gen 20, and,

4 or 5 years ago, when I bought my first G20, the 1.5 Gen, I had looked for months, trying to find one.  At every gun show I attended, and a few shops I frequent, to no avail. Joined the OGCA, and the first show I attended, an old boy from northern Ohio, had this one for sale. It was priced enormously high. I asked, I mean no disrespect, but, was there gold inlay in the side I couldn't see? I think he was asking $625, and really wanting one, we had to talk that price down some. He asked what I thought would be a fair price? So I said back, if it comes in the box with two mags, I'd go $550. He said, if he had the box, and two mags, he'd sell it to me for that amount. Unfortunately, one mag, and no box. Got it for $450!
