I agree. I think I might end up going the same route. Not unless PBR can come up with something that works for a better price.

Still plenty of room for another on the Italian Stallion Wagon too if you hit issues  :D

Still looking at them

I run the (mild) Hornady 175 grain Critical Duty rounds in my Glock 20SF with a 20 lb. flat recoil spring, and my pistol seems to really like this load/spring combo.

I have ordered a 24lb recoil spring and have a 22lb spring. What is everyone running? the 22 or 24? I'm shooting the 220gr UW cast, 200 UW TMJ and DT 200gr Cast.

22 pound here. I probably mentioned this but it runs great with Underwood 165 grain tmj.

If someone was to mix up 3 different lbs springs how would one tell the difference as they are not marked. You see my friend has done this and asked me for help ;D

You can use a fish scale to weigh the spring's pressure, you may need a small eye bolt (longer than the spring) with a nut and washer against the spring, place the spring against a small hole in a piece of plate (locked in a vice) with the eye protruding to pull from with the scale.

That is a great idea! I will try that and see what I come up with.

Thanks!

One thing as a handloader, I can adjust the ammo's potential to suit my setup or particular needs!   I can sacrifice some speed for reliability! 8)

I agree with Shadow
